Faith in Action
Faith in Action is a national volunteer movement that brings together community organizations and religious congregations of various faiths to assist people who are aging and chronically ill with everyday activities enabling them to maintain their independence. The website contains a searchable database that lists programs by state. Minnesota has 58 programs located throughout the state.
