As Lori struggled with her Mother's diagnosis, she experienced first hand the effects Alzheimer's can have on one's life. Through story telling, she will give you practical tips and techniques for dealing with dementia.  You will learn how to identify stress triggers, reduce combative behaviors, create remarkable moments, and diminish the turbulence as you walk through the maze of Alzheimer's disease.

Catherine Johnson is a licensed psychologist and licensed nursing home administrator currently providing psychological and consulting services to older-adults and health care providers through her work with the Associated Clinic of Psychology. Lori La Bey owns Alzheimer's Speaks and Senior Lifestyle Trends. Lori has over 30 years experience working with the senior market. She educates older adults, their families, and business professionals on quality of life issues and removing fear factors. Her goal is to increase awareness and independence for people of all ages to make the best possible dscisions in life so they may live with joy and compassion.
