Oakdale Wellness hosts the Vital Aging Network’s Aging with Gusto program, a two-part series on interactive presentations to help develop positive perceptions of aging: How to age with gusto, repond to ageisn, and live your best life at every age. Part 1 will be held on Tuesday, February 10th from 12 – 3 pm.
