Wellness 50+ Twin Cities

Wellness 50+ Twin Cities grew out of the passion and dedication of volunteers within the Wellness 50+ community who wanted to expand our reach and offer events throughout the Twin Cities area. Thanks to their efforts, we now have a vibrant community of over 1000 members, connected through Meetup.

We invite you to join us for a variety of monthly activities—most of which are free! Everyone is welcome to participate, and we aim to create a supportive and fun environment for all.

If you have any questions or would like more information about our offerings, please contact us: via email or via Meetup messaging.

Kayaking the Mississippi River September 21st

This was our last paddle with Wahoo Adventures. Kerri Kolstad is retiring and closing her business. She led us on a gentle paddle down a channel of the Missisippi River putting in at St. Paul Park. We learned about the unique geology of the rocks along the bank and kept an eye out for birds. We celebrated with cake, ice cream and hot apple cider after the paddle.

Thank you Kerri for the many years of guiding us on kayak paddles on local lakes and rivers!
